Energy efficiency in the built environment: opportunities for green entrepreneurs

Ali Cooke is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Chair of the Steering Group for the Institution's Future Climate project and programme manager of the Energy Efficiency in the built Environment programme (EEBE), run by Cambridge University's Centre for Sustainable development

She will outline the EEBE programme and discuss  the opportunities she sees for entrepreneurs in this area.  She tells me that she's excited about the opportunities for entrepreneurial Green Enterprise Community members to work together with the University to develop new opportunities, so this meeting is a good opportunity for us to explore these together

We'll probably go to the Maypole pub afterwards
